This page describes the public PrometheOS website and request form, not the full behavior of locally deployed systems.

Inquiry storage
The request form stores submitted contact information in a local SQLite database so the team can respond. Access to exported inquiry records should remain protected by the server operator.

Optional notification
SMTP notification is optional and configured only through environment variables. The notification indicates that an inquiry was saved; full inquiry details remain in the protected local database workflow.

Do not submit sensitive information
Do not place credentials, student personal information, security details, or other sensitive operational information in the form.

Locally deployed systems are separate
Local deployments should be configured under the organization's applicable policy, supervision, and data-governance requirements. PrometheOS does not make absolute security guarantees.
Organizations should evaluate deployment settings, access levels, backups, and network placement according to their own requirements.
